I'm a little concerned that the saturation in the photo has been increased too much, but the plants are in good condition and very beautiful. The arrangement of the driftwood as an overall composition is very nice and has been perfected to the point that it probably doesn't need any further adjustments. The impression would have been even better if the fish had more presence swimming in the foreground.
