The Brazilian Aquapaisagism Contest or CBAP is the most traditional and oldest aquapaisagism contest in Brazil. It had its first edition in 2004, being today the most important aquascape competition in Latin America. CBAP was one of the pioneers in the world, along with the international references IAPL (International Aquatic Plants Layout Contest), organized in Japan, by Aqua Design Amano, and AGA Contest, organized by Aquatic Gardeners Association, in the United States.
Since its creation, our contest has grown with an increasing number of entries and in 2012, it conquered its position in the international calendar of contests of the kind, receiving international entries in an exclusive category for foreigners.
In 2013, the CBAP award party was named EBA (Brazilian Aquarium Meeting) and started to bring together not only practitioners of planted aquapaisagism, but also aquarists from different areas among freshwater aquaculture, jumbos, cichlids and marine.
We want to unite all nature lovers and further strengthen our hobby, showing that everyone has space and should be respected and publicized. We hope that this way we can unify our efforts and walk together in the solidification and development of Brazilian fishkeeping.
We count on your participation, dissemination and presence.
Big hug.
